Hiring Process

Thank you for your interest in the Kids Church Director role. We appreciate the trust it takes to engage in this process and want to acknowledge the risk you accept by participating.

Our hope is this process will bring clarity whether this position would be mutually beneficial for you, your family, and the Riverside community.

  4. Deadline for applications - June 30th

  5. Interviews will begin in July. There will be a two part interview process. First, there will be an interview with a small committee of staff and members of Riverside. Second, there will be an interview with the Riverside elders.

  6. Start time for the new director: mid-August to September 1st.
